Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy

  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE shipping within the United States for all orders over $500.

Shipment Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Custom-Made Panels: Lead time is 10–15 weeks.
  • Lighting: Lead time is 2–4 weeks.
  • Wood Panels: Lead time is 1–2 weeks.
  • In the event of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery during these periods.
  • If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via email or telephone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
  • Tracking numbers typically become active within 24 hours.

Damages

  • Diollo is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.
  • Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods when filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

  • We currently do not offer shipping outside the United States.
