Standard Returns

• Eligibility Period: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns.
• Condition Requirements: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

1. Custom-Made Panels: Due to their personalized nature, custom-made panels are not returnable.
2. Final Sale Items: All items marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refund Process

• Approved returns will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus the restocking fee.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
