Return & Refund

  • Customers can return goods within 14 days of purchase only in resalable condition and must be packed in the original packaging. Returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. We will issue a refund to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for your transaction to process. 
  • Note: Items bought on a clearance sale cannot be returned for a refund.
  • Customers need to inspect the goods before installation. Damaged or altered goods will not be credited or exchanged after the installation. If you received an item that is damaged we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order. We are not responsible for any damage caused outside of shipment or release.
  • For the delivered goods to our showroom garage, we offer a 3-day free storage period after the scheduled date. After that, we charge $50 per day to store in our warehouse.
  • Customers should inspect the order and sign at the bottom of the packing slip when picking up an order.
  • Cancellations must be made before receiving a confirmation that your item has been shipped out. Please contact us by replying to the original purchase confirmation email and let us know that you wish to cancel the order.
    Once your order has been shipped out, we will not accept cancellation and you will have to follow our return policy.
 Additionally, all costs of returning products back to Diollo packaging, are the responsibility of the Buyer and will not be considered for return. 
Cancellation of CC / DB / Check payment will cause an extra fee of 15% from the purchase.
